The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

yes. We will move any furniture that is possible to move like sofas, end tables, coffee table, and chairs, then clean the area. After cleaning the carpets we will place the furniture back to place with plastics under the legs to protect the carpet from colors transferring to carpet.

We recommend a lite vacuuming before the arrival of the technician to clean the larges particles from the carpets. It will make the technicians cleaning process easier.
